Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the website www.cococreativo.com, operated by Coco Laboratorio Creativo S.L., a legally registered company in Costa Rica, legal ID 3-102-855247, headquartered at Calle 40, Mantica, San José, Costa Rica.

By accessing or using this website or any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you should not use this website. This website is intended to provide information about our services in marketing, audiovisual production, branding, content creation, and creative strategy for individuals, professionals, and companies in Costa Rica and abroad. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to misuse the content, copy, reproduce, or exploit any part of the website without express written permission.

All content on this site, including text, images, videos, logos, graphics, layout, and code, is the exclusive property of Coco Laboratorio Creativo S.L. or its licensors and is protected under Costa Rican and international intellectual property laws. Any quotation, service description, or proposal displayed on this site is informative. All service agreements and deliverables are governed by a separate written contract. No service shall be considered contracted until both parties sign a formal agreement or digital confirmation. Prices, deliverables, and timelines are subject to change based on the scope, location, and production requirements.

Clients agree to provide timely and accurate information, approvals, materials, and access as required to execute the agreed-upon services. Any delay or failure to deliver on client responsibilities may affect project timelines or costs.

All payments must be made as agreed in the service contract or proposal. Late payments may incur penalties, suspension of services, or legal action as per Costa Rican commercial law. For recurring services, monthly retainers must be paid by the 5th of each month unless otherwise agreed.

We strive to deliver high-quality and professional work. However, Coco Laboratorio Creativo S.L. shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, delays caused by third-party platforms (e.g., Meta, Google, hosting services), technical issues beyond our control, or results based on algorithms or social media platform changes. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific project or month in question.

We may use third-party tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, WhatsApp, hosting platforms) to deliver our services. Clients agree to abide by the terms of those platforms and understand we are not liable for platform-specific changes or suspensions.

All personal data collected is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, compliant with Law 8968 on Data Protection in Costa Rica and best international practices. By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your data.

Either party may terminate a service agreement with prior written notice as stipulated in the contract. Upon termination, all pending payments must be settled; intellectual property rights of completed deliverables revert to the client (if paid in full); files may be deleted after 30 days unless otherwise agreed.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute shall be resolved through amicable negotiation. If no agreement is reached, it shall be settled in the courts of San José, Costa Rica.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website or services implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
